Peptide Therapy

Peptides are comprised of short chains of amino acids. When organized in a complex structure, they have a very specific function and regulate every process in the body including hormone production, cell signaling and cell to cell communication. What to expect from peptide therapy
Peptides are the master controllers in the body and found to be safer and more effective than synthetic medications and hormones. Peptides regulate most known processes in the body in a cell specific manner. Because of this, they are more selective and less likely to be associated with serious side effects. They are administered via injections, nasal sprays, oral capsules, and topical creams depending on the condition being treated.
How to prepare for your peptide therapy appointment
Following the completion of your medical history, diet log and current symptoms through our EMR portal, patients must also include the previous two years of medical testing including diagnostic studies such as ultrasound, thermography, and bone scans if applicable. Your initial consultation will include an extensive history, including family history and physical examination. Risks and benefits of Peptide therapy will be discussed and whether the therapy is appropriate will be determined at this time.
