The Recipe: Zinc-Packed Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
